Fatso, Fatty, Moti, Motu, Mote... and etc.

The most common problem seen now a days. Be it a child, a teenager or an adult, everyone is angry with their tummies/stomach.
An Indian says,"Tu andar kyon nahi jata hai be?" while rest says,"Why the you don't vanish off".
I myself is angry with my tummy!
So today I bring to you 5 ways and few more health tips which will help you in flattening your tummy in a week or two.

Step one:
If you want to build muscle and burn fat at the same time, you have to perform circuit training, three days per week. How can you achieve this? Indulge in full body exercises like lunges, push-ups, and pull-ups, for one set of 15 repetitions. Don't forget to follow every exercise with one minute of jumping rope. You should be able to burn around 500 to 600 calories per workout.
Step two:
You have to work on your abdominal muscles three times in the week. Crunches and leg raises for three sets of 20 repetitions should be done. Also, do planks by holding your body in a push-up position on your elbows for 30 to 60 seconds for four sets.
Step three:
The kind of food you will eat in this period is vital in bringing about any change. Natural foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grain breads and pastas, chicken, beef, fish and low fat dairy should replace processed foods full of sugar.
Step four:
To minimize water retention, lower your sodium intake. This means you need to avoid salt. You can flavor your food with other herbs and spices instead.
Step five:
Stressing and anxiety can cause the overproduction of a certain hormone called cortisol, which encourages weight gain about the belly area. So try to keep your cool!
More ways:
  • Try drinking green tea
  • Have brown rice instead of white
  • Eat boiled rice more and add rice more to your diet
  • Eat fruits at night because it is recommended not to have heavy dinner
Thank You.

Diwali '2013

Diwali this year went really beautifully :) It started with cleaning the house, dusting furniture and then bathing early. Then afterwards deciding which gift is for whom.
And finally by 11 a.m in morning I started with my rangoli. It went smoothly without a mistake.
At night I bursted crackers, mainly bombs. And at 11 p.m. pandit ji came for the Diwali Pooja which finished at about 1 a.m.

And below I present a set of pictures that I clicked and I tried my best to give them a professional touch.

Above: These are the divine feet of Goddess Lakshmi. It is said that having her feet outside your home brings prosperity and happiness inside your home.
Above: Again a photograph of Goddess Lakshmi's feet. (Remember the professional touch I mentioned above)

Above: Without lightening of diyas Diwali is considered to be incomplete. This year I bought floating diyas that looked much more b'ful with the help of water's reflection.

Above: Another Rangoli made by me. It is fully hand-made and no stamps are used. B) I made a photocollage to display this rangoli in two different views.

Above: For Diwali decoration I had painted earthen pots also. I placed diyas upon them to create a new look, a unique indeed and let me tell you no one else has created like this in my society. I again made a photocollage but now to give a professional touch.

Above: I tried a colour effect here named as 'part'in which only a specific colour is shown.

 Above: My Rangoli-color Bowls!

Above: The Rangoli-Stamp that I used to create complicated yet b'ful designs.

Above: This one is made by using a stamp. Yeah, I cheated.

Thank YOU.

Decoration Ideas

Hey people! Now I'm gonna share few creative ideas that you can opt for to decorate your home with.

Entrance of your home:

  • For the entrance of you home you can hang marigold flowers along with that green leaves long garland that would give a traditional yet beautiful look.
  • You can also hand artificial flowers but that would cost you much more than the reals ones.

  • You can hang LED lights along with marigold flowers garland by wrapping LED's on marigold garland and then hanging them together on the door.
  • You can hang torans which has Subh Dipawali written on it.Or you can also try making it!
  • For the entrance floor you can make rangoli(A flowery design usually made out of powdered colors)or paste rangoli. For making rangoli with ease try using flowers also and thick elements. You can also try placing a diya in between it. The trick is it creates an illusion and automatically makes your rangoli look awesome even if it is less then awesome.
Inside the house:
  • If you have got a big balcony then you can hang lanterns with a candle inside it. This looks damn beautiful, trust me.
  • If you have got a big home then you can lighten up your home with colourful candles of cylindrical shape of different sizes and light them.
  • You can also make lanterns with a pastel sheet. Steps are provided on the internet.Click here to watch how to make paper lamp
  • You can hang LED lights also.
  • If you're bored with your home's look then why not change your furniture's location. Try mix and match with your sofa's cushions and curtains of your rooms.

I hope readers will like my ideas.
    Thank You.
    Happy Prosperous Diwali!
