Do that EXERCISE

Recently I have acquired a new habit of doing exercises. I have done quite a research on all of these exercises and they basically aim at:
1. Removing fat from thighs making them tight
2. Improves back muscles making them flexible and prevents back injuries
3. Enhancing butts (for women only)
4. Flattering tummy
5. Increasing height

EXERCISES ARE:

  1. Lay on your tummy, put your hands down and start pulling your legs towards your butts.Target:back and thighs(10 each)
  2. Oblique Twists. Target: waist (2 mins)
  3. Pilates side planks with leg raises. Target: Legs and waist (10 each)
  4. Windshield Wipers. Target:Legs and back (10 each)
  5. Alternating lunges. Target: Thighs and butts (10 each)
  6. Cross over Lunges. Target:Butts(10 each)
  7. High knees. Target:tummy and thighs(1 mins)
  8. Sumo squats. Target: Thighs and butts(10 times)
  9. Stand against a wall and push it with your hands with all your force. Target:Height 
  10. Stretch on your toes and hands high up. Target:Height
  11. Glute Bridge. Target:Back (8 times)
WARNING:Do warm up your body before attempting any of these exercises.
These exercises might cause muscular pain in your thighs. Do it on your own risk.

  5. Actually i am in touch with this field...So,,,i know most of these exercises very well and also that they are quite effective!!.....And ya i tried them tooooo :)
    And ya why do you think that a 12thie can't be a professional hmmmm??
